- Paella making lesson and dining experience – learn how to make this world famous dish which originated right here in Valencia
- Visit to the Rice Museum – located in a rice mill which was built in the early 20th century

- Visit the Mercado Central – one of the largest fresh produce markets in Europe
- Visit La Lonja de la Seda – one of the most famous gothic monuments in Europe, this building was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996
Barcelona or Madrid
- Full Day Trip to either Barcelona or Madrid
- Includes return trip by train, guided walking tour of the city centre and entrance to Sagrada Familia (Barcelona) or Museo del Prado (Madrid)
