Immerse your students in the heart of Ireland’s rich culture, culinary heritage and sustainable hospitality on this faculty-led program. As the program progresses, your students will explore West Cork’s renowned culinary landscape, visiting Kinsale, Clonakilty and Rosscarbery. They’ll meet with local chefs, hotel managers and entrepreneurs who are redefining Irish hospitality through sustainability and innovation. These encounters provide valuable real-world context to classroom learning, offering practical examples of business, culinary arts and environmental stewardship.

Your group will then travel to iconic landmarks such as the Cliffs of Moher and Galway’s historic city center, blending cultural exploration with academic insight. In Dublin, students will wrap up their learning journey with a visit to the Guinness Storehouse and a conversation with a leading hotel manager, gaining a comprehensive view of Ireland’s tourism and hospitality industries.
